What to bring?
An open mind, a flexible attitude, your own mat (we supply if you dont have one) & a small towel.
Do you have Eftpos?
I'm visiting Jindabyne, can I drop in for a class?
Yes, we would love to meet you. Just turn up!.
Do you have mats?
Yes, free of charge.
Not sure what to do?
Do not have a large meal within 2 hours of class & try to arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts. Listen to your body & to the teacher who is a facilitator rather than an instructor.
Not sure if your good enough, flexible enough?
There is no such thing. We are all different, we all have a different story to tell. Teachers will offer modifications so the postures become appropriate to your level. However practicing regularly will improve your flexibility.
Not sure what to wear?
Bare feet, comfortable stretchy or loose fitting clothing that allows movement.. Can be your oldest singlet & trackies or the latest from the Teeki & Spirtual Warrior clothing range available in the studio & on line. Click below to check out the Sacred Space range.

Come in quietly (no appologies necessary), unroll your mat and join in.
